Do you manufacture bio-medical equipment?

No. Electro Medical Group provides sales, maintenance and quality service. Our range of Bio-medical equipment is sourced from a large range of local and international manufacturers. As an independent service provider we are able to make unbiased choices, providing you with the best equipment for your individual situation.

 

How often does my equipment require servicing?

Different machines require varying amounts of attention. Electro Medical Group recommends that your equipment is serviced at least annually. Common tests performed include Battery capacity, filter replacements, correct output tests such as airflow or dosage volumes as well as electrical safety tests.

 

How soon can you repair my equipment?

Our operating hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Depending on workflow and parts availability most repairs are completed within 2 to 3 days. We can offer a same day service, although prior notice is required. For our contract customer’s or for emergency repairs, Electro Medical Group’s call centre is staffed 24 hours a day. If required, we are able to dispatch emergency service. For more information please contact our service department.

 

Do I get a report test certificate after a service?

Yes. All repairs and preventative maintenance calls are tracked, using our in house asset management system. Once complete, each work request is processed through our database and has a test script or service report attached.
